HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Frontal & closure pieces take 6 business days to be constructed. Shipping takes no longer than 7 days (excluding Sundays). Shipping options on the check out page does not include processing time, it’s based on shipping time frame only. WILL THE HAIR SHED?
Yes, your hair will experience MILD shedding which is normal because the hair is sewn onto a weft. Bundles will shed just barely, no matter where you purchase them from. There will be no major changes with the volume and thickness of the hair, as long as you follow the directions given in the “hair tips” tab. Heat damage, over processing & lack of moisture/conditioner will cause shedding.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BOSS & CEO COLLECTIONS?
Both collections are raw hair. One is sourced from 1 donor and the other is sourced from 2 donors. CEO collection is 100% unprocessed & sourced from 1 donor, which makes it raw hair. Real raw hair comes in 3 basic textures; straight, wavy & curly. Raw hair is the #1 highest quality on the market, because it comes in its most natural state. It is full from root to tip, unlike regular virgin bundles & comes from 1 donor...which is why raw hair is more costly.
Boss collection is raw that’s sourced from 2 donors & has been “steamed processed” only, no chemical processing. Textures such as body wavy, kinky curly, loose & deep wave, silky “mink” straight, Italian curl ect. have been steam processed to get their curl pattern.
Chemically processed hair is hair that has been color treated, permed, relaxed, bleached or dyed (beauty supply hair).
We have added the two to fit our customers budget and needs. If you plan on dying, bleaching, or rinsing your bundles you need to purchase our CEO collection. CEO hair is from one single donor & is inspected to ensure cuticles are intact. Being that it is from a single donor, CEO is higher in quality which makes it a little more expensive than our Boss collection.
If you DO NOT plan on dying, bleaching, or rinsing your hair purchase our Boss collection. Boss bundles are collected from two separate donors. When inspected, workers remove shorter hairs by hand & cut the ends so the bundle will remain the same fullness from top to bottom. Even though it isn’t as high quality as CEO, this hair is still super flawless with a lot of volume. No fiber, chemicals, or animal hair is used in our extensions.

DOES THE HAIR TANGLE?
No, the only time your hair will tangle is when it’s super dry and or your stylist used too much hair spray/oil. Your bundles need to be washed/deep conditioned every 2 weeks. Keeping your extensions clean play a major role in the quality & longevity of your install. Raw hair is like your natural hair and requires moisture.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
We suggest: 14”-16” 2 bundles or more 18”-24” 3 bundles or more 26”-30” need 4 bundles or more 30” and up need 5 bundles or more, sometimes 6. Keep in mind that the longer the hair is, the thinner the wefts. Which is why we recommend more bundles for longer inches.
HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
Depending on how you maintain your hair, it can last 6 months up to 5 years. Do not scratch your lace frontal or closure, it will cause balding & create holes. Raw hair is an investment! If you don't take care of it, it'll show.
HOW OFTEN CAN I WASH MY HAIR?
You can wash it as many times as you would like. We recommend that you clean your hair every 2 weeks with SULFATE& PARABEN FREE products. Keeping clean hair will keep it silky, soft & manageable.
CAN I BLOW DRY MY HAIR?
You can, but we do not suggest it. It’ll cause the hair to not last as long. Applying a lot of heat to your bundles will cause damage, just like it can damage your natural hair. The key to drying your Taelor Denise Hair is to either let it air dry, or sit under a over-head hair dryer. Make sure the dryer settings are on cool.
DO YOU DO REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES?
We will grant a refund or exchange for items that are returned in the same condition as it was when you received it. The TDC seal/hang tag must still be attached. For the curly/wavy hair, we will not grant a refund/exchange if the curls have been pulled apart, finger combed or are frizzy.

**We are not responsible for hair damage once you have processed it with any chemicals. Such as bleach or dye which are harsh and require a professional licensed stylist to achieve.**
**We will not refund any hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut, or made into a wig.**
